What is your in-game name?
Have you changed your name in the past? If you have, please list them all.
➥ In Order: Cyborg_Wolf, Cyborg_Fire_Wolf, CyLegend_Victini, Mini_Katelyn, LowkeyCallie, and (my permanent) OriginalCallie.
Does anyone else have access to your Minecraft account?
➥ Nope, Just me.
What is your real name?
How old are you?
What country are you currently living in and what time zone?
➥ America and Eastern Standard Time.
What language(s) can you speak?
➥ I apologize but only English.
Are you able to join our Discord server with a working microphone?
Have you been on our Discord? If yes, what name do you go by on the New Heaven discord?
Do you spend time on our Discord server in the voice channels talking to people?
➥ I've been on only a couple of times, when I'm not talking to other friends. But hopefully that changes soon. (UnoriginalCallie)
Have you worked with servers in the past? If so, what kind of position did you have? List the most recent ones.
➥ Yes, Helper, Mod, and Admin.
How long have you been staff on the servers you listed above?
➥ When I was helper, it was about 2 months before mod. I was mod for about a year and a half before getting promoted to Admin. I was only admin for roughly 2 months due to the whole server being switched to pixelmon, and I didn't like the change at all.
A player is upset after being ambushed and demands their items back. How do you respond?
➥ I would start by telling the player that PVP is not against the rules, and their items are now rightfully the other players. If they continued to argue, I would calm the situation down as much as I can by telling them that the other player did nothing wrong, and that they should have no problem retrieving their stuff, for they have done it before and they could do it again.
You are being insulted after a player did not receive the kind of answer they were looking for. What do you say?
➥ I wouldn't take it personally, I'd try to give them other options to their question. If they still did not get good results, I would send them a link to the website where they should hopefully find a sufficient answer. If that doesn't work, I'd have to be absolutely sure there isn't another solution before contacting staff. I wouldn't want to bother staff when unnecessary.
A new player joins and seems a bit quiet. What do you do?
➥ I would kindly welcome as many new players as I could, but it's their choice if they would want to talk or not. It's not a necessity, for some people just don't like talking and I wouldn't force them to, but if they did have any questions I'd gladly answer them.
Several players are accusing the same person of hacking in the chat. How do you handle the situation?
➥ I'd tell them that you can report hackers on the form, and I'd send them a link to where the can report it. Afterwards I'd alert people in the discord chat just so the situation might be handled faster.
